Alexander Laszlo, Ph.D., is President of the Board of Directors of the Bertalanffy Center for the Study of Systems Science (BCSSS), Director of Research at the Laszlo Institute of New Paradigm Research (LINPR), and Co-Founder and Global Collaborator of Global Education Futures (GEF). He served as the 57th President and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the International Society for the Systems Sciences (ISSS), and was Director of the Doctoral Program in Management at the Graduate School of Business Administration & Leadership (EGADE-ITESM), Mexico, and Founding Director of the Doctoral Program in Leadership and Systemic Innovation at ITBA, Argentina, where he currently resides.

As Professor of Systems Science and Evolutionary Development, his research and teaching focus on evolutionary leadership, collaboration, and systems thinking. He is on the Editorial Boards of seven internationally arbitered research journals, recipient of the Gertrude Albert Heller Award, the Sir Geoffrey Vickers Memorial Award, and the Förderpreis Akademischer Klub award, author of over one hundred journal, book, and encyclopedia publications, and a 6th Degree Black Belt in traditional Taekwon-do.

Nóra Csiszár has a Masters degree in Psychology with research on positive psychology, the science of happiness and human well-being. She is a martial-artist and a filmmaker. She is the IT & PR Director of the Laszlo Institute of New Paradigm Research.

Gandolfo Dominici is an academic and researcher specializing in systems thinking, business management, social Cybernetics and digital transformation. He holds a PhD in Business Management at the University “Sapienza” of Rome (2004), during which he was a visiting researcher at the University of Nagasaki in Japan. He is currently a professor of Business Systems and Marketing at the University of Palermo’s Department of Economics, Business, and Statistical Sciences (DSEAS), Italy. He is also cofounder, vice-president, and the Scientific Director of the Business Systems Laboratory. In his role as Scientific Director of the Business Systems Laboratory, Professor Dominici leads initiatives that bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical applications. The Business  Systems Laboratory focuses on interdisciplinary studies, aiming to develop holistic approaches to complex business challenges by integrating insights from various fields.

He is an active member of the global academic community and serves on editorial boards and scientific committees. From 2016 to 2024, he served as Editor-in-Chief of Kybernetes, successfully elevating it into a premier outlet for research in social cybernetics and increasing its impact factor from 0.6 to 2.5. He actually serves as the EiC of Int. J. of Electronic Marketing and Retailing and Int. J. of Markets and Business Systems, and he is Co-Editor of the Int. J. of Intelligent Computing and Cybernetics.

His research focuses on consumer behaviour, social cybernetics, behavioural sciences, and organizational systems, with numerous publications in high-impact international journals.

GIACOMO BRUCCIANI

GIACOMO BRUCCIANI

Giacomo Brucciani is a Professional Counselor (CNCP) and Competent Coach (IAC Italy) specialized in transactional analysis. He works as a trainer and consultant for companies, organizations and groups. In this area Giacomo deals with organizational behavior, communication and leadership. At the same time, he provides training for parents and teachers.

He graduated in Philosophy at the University of Pisa in 2002 and obtained a PhD degree in History in 2007 at the same university. From 2001 to 2006 Giacomo worked as a Researcher at the Center for National Research (Italy), Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAN) as part of an inter-university collaboration project organized by the anthropology and folklore departments.

From 2005 to 2006 he was part of the European network CLIOHRES.NET as Doctoral Student in Pisa, Italy. Between 2007 and 2008 Giacomo was a postdoctoral fellow at INSMLI – Higher School of Contemporary History in  Milan, Italy. Between 2006 and 2013 he taught History of Eastern Europe and History of the Slavic people with specific assignments at the universities of Pisa, Perugia, Rome La Sapienza.

From 2011 to 2017 he coordinated the projects at the Mario Tobino Foundation in Lucca, Italy and carried out researches regarding mental health, psychiatric assistance and the training of high school and university students on history of madness as well as on the recovery of mental hospital memory.

His study approach is trans-disciplinary and his research fields and publications concern history and philosophy, the theory of complexity and the theory of systems applied to human societies.

Gianni has a degree in “Mechanical Engineering” and in “Social Service, Social Policies, Planning and Management of Services”.

He is co-founder of EI4SMART (design and start-up of “Smart Communities”), co-founder of Raise> Up (design of Eco-systems Regeneration) and Associate Partner of Duke & Kay (“Excellence in Management, Performance Improvement, Restructuring & Turnaround “).

Gianni, for more than thirty years he has managed various companies, in Italy and abroad, mainly in the Industrial and ICT Services sectors, covering various top positions, from Function Manager to General Manager and CEO.

In addition to his managerial experience, Gianni has recently dedicated himself to the development of social innovation initiatives, with particular reference to the community welfare and to the collaborative social systems. In this sense, Gianni was co-founder of two Social Promotion Associations, including “The Laszlo Institute of the New Paradigm Research – APS” and President of AMeC – APS (Medicine and Complexity Association). Furthermore, Gianni was co-author of the book “H2H Human Revolution”, dedicated to the research for innovative socio-economic models. Regarding these subjects, Gianni has been a speaker at various conferences in Italy.
