Inside Out Learning Experience Ecosystem
The general objective of the proposed investigation is to scientifically validate IOLEE, Inside Out Learning Experience Ecosystem as an open transdisciplinary framework, educational and investigative practices that can guide individual as well as groups of learners.
- understanding and navigating the quantum fabric of reality, and especially personal experiences, including the immediate world outside
- notice the subtle connection with each other, reducing what separates them
- establishing and maintaining internal/subjective and external/objective coherence
- increasing their capacity to “metabolize” difficult subjective responses / emotions to the world
- contributing to evolving humanity’s consciousness and planetary wellbeing.

Carlo was born in Amsterdam (Netherlands), an original thinker, director of IOLEE Ecosystem (USA), and Research Scholar at the Ronin Institute for independent research (USA). As a result of a deeply harmonizing process, he uncovered unique features in the fabric of human experience, including those related to repression, and suppression of urges and feelings, adverse childhood experience and trauma. He used this experienced understanding to create and systematize a, quantum theory based, framework and self-reflexive practices for intrinsic learning and research, called IOLEE, Inside Out Learning Experience Ecosystem. As a Research Lead at the Laszlo Institute, Carlo leads the scientific validation of this work for broader acceptance, and greater societal impact. During the past 30+ years, he has evolved his skills as an original thinker and innovator, research scholar, international trainer and mentor. He globally trains facilitators, and helps design solutions, including technological ones, to make IOLEE accessible to more people. He has had formal training in electronic engineering (80’s), worked as a data communications engineer (until 2001), earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science (B.A.) (1998), and Master of Science in Ayurvedic Psychology (M.S.) (2001), and was awarded an honorary doctorate (Ph.D. HonC.) in 2016.
Andreea’s goals are to offer empowering internal frameworks to educators and students (K-12), with the hope of shaping a new educational paradigm – one that truly prepares our children for living life, improving both its quality and potential. She has obtained a master’s in organizational systems, a bachelor’s cum laude in cultural anthropology, and independent studies in transpersonal psychology, trauma resolution, education theory, and philosophy. She is currently contributing to IOLEE as an ambassador of its methodology and a guide in its development as a curriculum. She serves on the board of BRITE, Ventura, and is also author of the upcoming book, Song Of The Child, in which she further explores educational frontiers and their affect on social evolution.
Özlem started her inquiry into the nature of the cosmos in Istanbul, Turkey completing her BS in Physics concentrating in quantum physics receiving invitations to CERN and CERI; earned MSIS, MBA in Finance and certificates from Stanford, Harvard Law, MIT Sloan Schools and Founder Institute in the US. She developed exemplary reputation in risk and data technologies, strategy and partnerships; whilst democratizing and standardizing financial information globally; contributing researches in coopetition and governance; mentoring impact startups; expanded her focus to transformational technologies to bring innovation to every aspect of wellbeing and conducting multidisciplinary research joining forces with IOLEE in 2020.
Angelo is a research scholar, (social) entrepreneur, and coach/trainer (Innovation Advisor/Principal Consultant @ Stargue) addressing startup and growth challenges of organizations through the application of social scientific knowledge and innovative technologies since 1992, starting from defining business and technology strategy, subsequently engaging in organizational & technological integrations, and disseminating innovation and change management interventions. He believes we all make our own choices in life and greatly value present moment awareness and sense-making.
